Strategy & Operations Intern (German-speaking; Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

Administrative tasks across finance, legal, HR, and recruiting, including managing our HRIS tool.

Support the planning and implementation of strategic projects in close collaboration with the operations and management teams.

Assist with recruitment processes and onboarding, and optimizing HR workflows.

Support the finance team with budgeting, cost analysis, and reporting.

Organize our quarterly team events and take full ownership of planning and executionTaking ownership of key projects and assisting the team in an agile working environment .

Requirements

You are currently enrolled at a top European business school and have completed at least your 4th semester of a Bachelor"s degree.

You have a keen interest in gaining experience in a variety of areas, including finance, HR, legal, and operations.

You are highly organized, structured in your work, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.

You bring a high level of initiative and are eager to take responsibility for your own projects.

Candidates must be fluent in German and English.

Location

This role is Hybrid (2-3 days / week) based in Berlin. Due to the nature of the Operations department there is a need to centralise the role.
