Your tasks

  • Certificate issuance
  • Maintenance/support of time tracking
  • Communication with billing service provider (tkBS GmbH)
  • Support and documentation of organizational management
  • Contract administration
  • Certification system

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training
  • Initial professional experience in HR (1-3 years)
  • Excellent communication skills and good organizational skills, high level of diligence
  • Experience with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and SAP HR (time tracking tool P89)
