As a key member of our software development team in Berlin, you will contribute to developing Visier’s newest products, and help drive our company's technical growth. Our Berlin development team is currently focused on starting up a new total rewards line of products. Visier’s total rewards products allow businesses to make better, fairer and quicker compensation decisions. What you'll be doing... Be one of the main contributors to one of our newest products Write lots of good code using React and Kotlin to realize polished UI and impeccable business logic Lead and mentor junior software developers Understand requirements, refine them, and translate them into product definition and technical design Ensure the product is able to run 24 / 7 and is secure, scalable, and cost-effective.
