About the job

In this position, you’re at the intersection of technology, product, and business. You drive the architecture and development of new digital solutions, from zero-to-one prototyping to production-scale deployments. Working closely with product leads, AI counterparts and offer teams, you translate ambitious product vision into scalable, resilient solutions. You accelerate our product development cycles by applying modern engineering practices, including AI / ML, cloud-native architecture, and low-code / no-code platforms.

Your job isn’t just about building solutions – it’s about enabling the entire organization to move faster, think bigger and deliver meaningful value while managing technical decisions at the same time.

This role is based in Europe with flexible location options, preferably close to one of our Seco offices.

Your profile

You are a technical leader with a strong software engineering foundation and a proven ability to turn product ideas into scalable digital products and services. You excel at solving complex technical problems, driving architectural direction, and collaborating closely with product and business teams. Challenging assumptions, asking the right questions, and pushing for first principles thinking, comes naturally to you. You’re comfortable working hands-on, exploring new technologies, and guiding teams with your expertise while mentoring, sharing knowledge, and creating space for others to grow.

Need-to-have technical experience

• Hands-on full-stack software engineering depth , with strong experience designing scalable, secure, cloud-native (Azure / AWS) and API-driven systems.
• Proven technical leadership or solution architecture experience, driving key technical decisions and system designs.
• Practical expertise in modern engineering practices , including AI / ML integration, CI / CD, DevOps, and automated testing.
