As a Deployment Manager (f / m / x) at Greenlyte Carbon Technologies youll play a key role in managing our DAC system deployments across pilot and commercial sites. With a background in Civil or Construction Engineering you will act as the on-site interface between Greenlytes engineering team contractors and site partnersensuring that civil structural and installation activities are well-coordinated and aligned with project requirements.

Youll collaborate closely with Engineering Operations and Procurement teams and report to our Deployment & Project Engineering leadership. Your work will be essential to achieving our plant rollout roadmap including our flagship DAC-to-eMethanol plant at Chemiepark Marl.

How youll contribute

Project Deployment & Site Execution

Manage the deployment of DAC systems from pre-installation planning through commissioning and site acceptance.

Act as the primary on-site coordinator between Greenlytes internal teams external contractors and site partners.

Supervise and support civil and structural works ensuring alignment with design specifications safety standards and timelines.

Monitor progress site readiness and documentation compliance.

Technical Integration & Support

Collaborate with internal Engineering and Product teams to align plant layout utility interfaces and integration scope.

Review technical drawings (P&IDs site layouts structural plans) and ensure implementation matches specifications.

Lead troubleshooting and testing during commissioning.

Process Improvement

Capture lessons learned from each deployment to optimize future rollouts.

Contribute to documentation and standard operating procedures for deployment.

Your first 12 months in the role

Months 03

Learn Greenlytes DAC technology plant design and deployment plans.

Visit key deployment sites including Chemiepark Marl.

Support detailed planning for upcoming site activities and equipment installation.

Months 36

Take ownership of deployment execution at one or more project sites.

Coordinate installation teams and resolve site-level issues in real time.

Provide feedback to Engineering on design-for-deployment improvements.

Months 612

Lead commissioning activities for a module or subsystem of a DAC plant.

Support scale-up deployment efforts and help onboard new project engineers.

Help refine the deployment playbook and technical checklists for future sites.

About you

• Degree in Civil Structural or Construction Engineering ideally with site experience in industrial or infrastructure projects
• 25 years of experience in site-based project execution construction supervision or commissioning
• Familiarity with civil / structural drawings site layouts and construction workflows
• Proactive and collaborative with strong communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable working at active construction or industrial sites
• Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
