We are looking for a Senior Expert IT Service Transformation Energy Networks (f/m/d) to join our E.ON SE team as soon as possible. If you are interested, please apply.

• Digital Value Enablement: You will work closely with national and international DSOs, business stakeholders, and Digital Technology to elevate IT service excellence, unlock the full value of digital transformation, and accelerate the transformation of Energy Networks
• IT Service Excellence Strategy: You will shape and implement the strategic framework for IT service excellence, enabling both current and future business transformations and driving the evolution of our digital business platforms (Rocks)
• Digital Thought Leadership: As a key member of the Energy Networks Digital & IT Leadership Team, you will lead functional the Expert Team, structure and moderate meetings with the PMO expert, and contribute forward‑looking strategic concepts and recommendations
• Cross-Functional Delivery: You will manage cross-functional teams and ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives
• Enterprise Standardization: Together with the Digital & IT Leadership Team, you will define and steer standardization and optimization decisions across Energy Networks
• Digital Ambassadorship: You will act as a trusted expert and ambassador for Digital & IT in internal and external forums, presentations, and strategic dialogues

A background that convinces us:

• Professional qualifications: A university degree in informatics, economics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Professional experience: At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, with expertise in IT Operations, User Centricity and Service Management, agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe), cloud technologies, and ITIL
• Specific expertise: Ideally, knowledge of the European energy industry, and a passion for leveraging digital technology to drive efficiency, innovation, and transformation
• Working method: Strong problem-solving, research, and project management skills, with the ability to align technical solutions with business strategies and processes
• What sets you apart: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and work collaboratively across teams and departments
• Language skills: Business fluency in both German and English to engage effectively within the E.ON Group and with Distribution Systems Operations
