Customer Success Management (full or part-time)
Your mission
Werk24 is an innovative company specializing in supporting mechanical engineering companies through our software solutions.
We place great value on customer satisfaction and are therefore seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to ensure our customers have a successful experience with our products and services.
Main Responsibilities :
- Integration and Onboarding : Assist our customers in integrating our software into their existing IT infrastructure. This includes technical onboarding and advising on technical decisions, such as choosing the optimal connection type (WebSocket or HTTPS Callback).
- Consultation and Knowledge Transfer : Convey mechanical engineering knowledge to our customers' software developers. For example, explain what an IT degree is and how this concept can help with price calculation.
- Support in Customization : Help our customers define and implement individual output formats.
- Customer Support : Be the primary contact for our customers, even after the initial implementation. Address their needs and ensure the smooth operation of our software so they can achieve their business goals.
- Documentation : Maintain and expand our online documentation to anticipate common customer questions and facilitate your future work.
- Collaboration : Work closely with our engineering and quality teams to resolve technical issues.
- Customer Relationships : Build strong relationships with our customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Your profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and customer-oriented attitude.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of Python programming to effectively collaborate with our customers' developers.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Additional information : For this position, we can only consider applicants with an existing work permit in Germany.
