Senior Tech Recruiter (f/m/d)
About the opportunity
We are seeking a talented Senior Technical Recruiter (f / m / d) to partner with and expand our Product and Engineering presence in the EMEA region.
In this role, you will be challenged to meet hyper-growth hiring goals while helping to build a scalable and effective recruiting function.
As part of the talent acquisition team at Contentful, you’ll have a seat at the table. We’ll look to you as a subject matter expert who will strengthen our business and strive to improve our talent acquisition processes.
This opportunity is a one-year fixed-term contract.
What to expect?
Collaborate with teams to deeply understand hiring needs
Develop unique full-cycle hiring strategies and interview criteria for each role
Source qualified candidates, review resumes, and pre-screen candidates while moving the interview process forward
Organize and facilitate interview feedback sessions with stakeholders
Drive offer approval, extension, and negotiation
Identify closing strategies for offers and proactively provide candidates with the right information to help make their decision as easy as possible
Manage candidates in process and provide them with a positive experience
Partner with the People team to create a smooth transition from accepting an offer to becoming a Contentfuler@
Work with hiring managers to develop unique full-cycle hiring strategies and interview criteria for each role
Create and own a flawlessly positive candidate experience
What you need to be successful?
Experience recruiting for engineering and / or Product profiles is ideal
Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent
Proven track record for assessing talent beyond matching keywords on a resume
Proven experience in building and managing a diverse pipeline
Ability to connect and effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders of all levels
Ability to influence hiring decisions with a data-driven and quantitative approach
Ability to partner with and influence senior stakeholders at every stage of the hiring process
Ability to hold anyone accountable who contributes to the hiring process for your roles
Exceptional teamwork and multitasking skills
Must thrive and prioritize in a constantly changing environment
