What you ll do

Summary :

We are seeking an AI Development Expert to join our fast-paced, full-stack team within the SAP Business AI unit. Our team shapes the AI innovation agenda of the company.

This role is perfect for individuals experienced in building both prototypes and fully-fledged products, who thrive in customer and partner engagement.

The Ro le :

• Evaluate new projects combining frontier AI technologies with real business impact.
• Collaborate with the team and other stakeholders to prioritize projects with significant business impact.
• Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to develop fast, high-value MVPs with the potential for standardization.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and actively participate in testing new ideas.
• Contribute your expertise to build impactful and meaningful products, while fostering a creative and innovative team environment.

What you bring

• Proven experience working in an international team within a dynamic environment.
• A collaborative and open attitude, paired with creativity and curiosity.
• Comfort with uncertainty and a readiness to explore new avenues while committing to see projects through to completion.
• A strong focus on product and business value, with the ability to drive projects that align with strategic goals.
• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in both generative AI techniques and traditional AI methodologies.
• Strong programming and technical skills to develop prototypes, PoCs and MVPs quickly with short iteration cycles.
• Fluent language skills in German and English - both written and spoken
