Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who can take the reins in shaping the vision and growth of a climate-driven B2B SaaS solution.

This role is central to the product’s development journey, and you’ll be collaborating closely with the Head of product, Chief Product Officer, design, and engineering teams.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Defining and driving the product vision and roadmap for B2B SaaS platform, ensuring that it meets customer needs and aligns with our client’s sustainability-focused goals.
• Collaborating with Engineering and Design , transforming strategic ideas into actionable tasks, writing detailed user stories, and maintaining an organised and prioritised product backlog.
• Bridging vision and execution , translating product requirements into actionable deliverables for your cross-functional team.
• Leading the product lifecycle from initial concept through to launch, focusing on continuous improvement, data-driven insights, and a customer-centric approach.
• Playing an active role in agile ceremonies like sprint planning to support consistent and efficient product delivery.
• Monitoring product performance through data analysis, gathering feedback, and setting clear goals for ongoing improvement and optimisation.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration across departments to ensure clarity, transparency, and alignment throughout the product’s development.
• Presenting the product’s value through demos, presentations, and training for internal teams and customers.

What We’re Looking For :

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a Product Manager or Product Owner role within B2B SaaS, with a track record of successfully managing products from concept to market.
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and a solid understanding of the full product lifecycle.
• Experience collaborating closely with development and design teams, with the skills to bring vision into reality through active participation and clear communication.
• An analytical and customer-centric mindset that translates insights into actionable product plans.
• Exceptional communication skills for working effectively with stakeholders across functions.
• A results-driven approach with an enthusiasm for using product innovation to drive business growth.
• Knowledge or background in sustainability, ESG, or supply chain management is a plus.
• Fluency in English is essential; German proficiency is a plus.
