Project Manager/ Business Expert - Retail Financing & Value Added Services (f/m/x)

Job Description

• Fully leverage and further develop critical business skills including quantitative and qualitative analysis, project management, communications, stakeholder management in a high-functioning team environment
• Become the central point of connection between internal and external stakeholders including Product / Tech, Legal, Finance and external partners for future project rollouts
• Analyze, challenge, and improve existing processes to decrease costs while maintaining a high-level of customer satisfaction, ensure best practices are known and shared between our local entities in Europe
• Turn our extended warranty program into a powerhouse : set up financial targets and planning infrastructure, implement cost-controlling procedures, designing training materials, optimize product content and increase revenue through targeted renewal initiatives

Qualifications

• Completed studies in business administration, engineering or a comparable degree programme
• Up to 4 years of relevant work experience in a challenging environment : fast-paced start-up, a top consulting or audit firm.

Previous exposure to warranties and in general automotive related services is a plus

Autonomy and demonstrated track record working with high-level stakeholders at international scale. Passion and motivation about moving tasks forward and taking ownership of topics.

You are hard-working and your desire to achieve impact and results is bigger than a 9-5 working schedule

• Very good analytical skills and the ability to manage priorities to meet time-sensitive deadlines. Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Full proficiency in English is mandatory, every other European language is a plus
