Managing digital transformation IT projects from initiation to completion in the Medical Devices Branch
Focusing on delivering tangible business outcomes and driving organizational change
Managing Project Teams and involving the right experts, including external partners - Monitoring the Projects and progress of the Projects
Project Documentation and Presentation
Qualifikationen
Completed business studies, e.g. business administration or business informatics
Experience in project management, coordinating and steering external suppliers and consultants (technical project management skills are a plus)
Ability to create Management Board reports regularly, consulting experience is a plus
Experience in the Medical Devices Branch desirable
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, conveying complex ideas to non-technical audiences
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Fluency in German and English written and spoken
