We are looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to join our team and support our efforts to build Congrify’s brand, expand our reach, and engage our audience. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of fintech and data-driven marketing while working closely with our talented team.

Location : Remote or Hybrid (preferibly in Munich)

Duration : 3-6 months (with the possibility of extension), minimum 20 hours / week

Reports To : CEO / COO

Tasks

SEO Optimization :

  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve search engine rankings.
  • Assist in creating SEO-friendly blog posts and landing pages.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.

LinkedIn Campaign Management :

  • Plan, execute, and monitor LinkedIn campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create compelling LinkedIn posts and measure campaign performance using analytics tools.

    • Content Creation :

  • Develop blog posts, newsletters, and marketing collateral to showcase Congrify’s expertise in payments and data analytics.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent brand messaging.

    • Social Media Management :

  • Manage and grow our presence on platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter.
  • Schedule posts, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics.

    • Campaign Support :

  • Collaborate on the execution of email outreach campaigns and product launches.
  • Support event promotions, such as Money2020, MPE, MRC and other payments industry conferences.

    • Market Research :

  • Research industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.

    • Performance Analytics :

  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.

    • Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills (proficiency is essential).
  • Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research tools, and Google Analytics.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and engaging audiences.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, and basic campaign management tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Enthusiasm for fintech, data analytics, and startups is a plus.
