Your mission

With the investor Cinven at our side, we want to continue to grow strategically.

Therefore we are seeking a passionate and creative Senior Content Writer (f / m / d) with a knack for influencing customers and business decision-makers through engaging and persusive content.

As Senior Content Writer, you'll craft clear, precise, and concise narratives and marketing copy that effectively communicate think-cell’s value proposition to our customer audiences.

You will lead in the creation of content for diverse customer segments that drives understanding, affinity, preference, and action.

What you will do :

• Define and create engaging and compelling content for think-cell customer audiences including blog content, articles, and broader marketing content.
• Blend strong business acumen, well informed understanding of customer needs, and deep think-cell product expertise to create best-in-class content for target audiences.
• Create content that positions think-cell as a thought leader in the business productivity space.
• Create content that is optimised for search engines (SEO) to improve website visibility and traffic.
• Create content for think-cell customer segments that drives understanding, affinity, preference, and action.
• Find mechanisms for scaling content visibility across various platforms (web, social, video).
• Collaborate with broader stakeholders to inform and optimise content including but not limited to researching customer needs and relevant industry / functional related topics, sourcing visual content, and aligning messaging.
• Own content creation from research to finalization and publishing.
• Align with broader think-cell stakeholder and marketing team on content development roadmap and priorities.
• Keep stakeholders informed of content development progress and deadlines.
• Create exceptional quality content adhering to content writing best practices, as well as think-cell messaging and style guide.

Your profile

• Fluent in English fluency in German a plus
• Exceptional written communication and editorial skills
• 5+ years of experience as a profession content writer with a portfolio of published work and writing examples
• Passion for creating content that is informative, engaging, and persuasive.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to create error free, high-quality content.
• Strong business acumen with ability to effectively communicate think-cell value to various target audiences.
• Familiarity with SEO principles to ensure SEO content ranks well.
• Ability to work independently, with strong time-management skills.
• Experience translating and localizing content.
• Team player with ability to work and seek input from colleagues and stakeholders.
• Good understanding of our customer’s workflows and challenges with data-driven Powe
• Point chart creation. Ideally fueled by own experiences in data-driven chart creation - with the use of think-cell or similar tools would be a plus.
