Czech-Speaking Sales and Marketing Agent
Cross Border Talents is recruiting Sales and Marketing Agents with fluent Czech and English B2.
We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading global provider of customer experience solutions and technology for the world's best brands.

Role and Responsibilities :
- Act as a digital marketing advisor
- Provide expertise in social media marketing and business support
- Analyze social media advertisement metrics
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with advertisers about ads and budget
- Implement customer-focused sales funnel strategies
- Identify trends and develop effective advertising campaigns
Requirements :
- Fluent Czech language
- B2 and higher proficiency in English
- Prior experience in sales (1 year and more)
- EU member state citizenship or a valid German residence card
- Residing in Germany, or particularly in Berlin and available on a short notice
Training :
- 2 weeks of training + 2 weeks of nesting (4 weeks total)
- Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 am to 5 : 30 pm
- Full attendance required
- Paid training
- Shadowing experienced colleagues
- Completion Certification in digital marketing during training
Working hours :
- 40 hours / week (Monday to Friday)
- 30-minute lunch break, 2x15-minute breaks daily
- Working hours : 8 : 45 am to 5 : 15 pm
