About Us

Assaia International Ltd. is working on machine learning-based systems for international airports and airlines. We were founded in February 2018 in Switzerland.

Our main product, ApronAI, is a computer vision system that monitors and analyses aircraft servicing processes from video streams.

The data that the system generates is used in real-time for monitoring, alerting, delay predictions, and also historically for performance, safety analysis and decision making.

Today there is a developed and continuously improved real-time system. There are multiple production and pilot installations running, with numerous upcoming big rollouts in preparation.

Your job

The documentation manager is responsible for control, security, accessibility, and timeliness of all organizational documents.

Providing support for different departments ensuring that the information used in internal and external communication is up to date, accurate and consistent.

She / He will manage compliance documentation to ensure that Assaia’s product and services are up to code and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide the security, accessibility, and proper distribution of all documents and folders
• Develop, review and update document management plans, procedures and processes
• Plan and implement automation of business workflows
• Implement document disaster recovery through document archiving
• Identify and investigate the need for documents of various types
• Together with the IT security manager, assign / approve user privileges
• Provide documents and information upon request from team members
• Support the sales team during the Tender process by providing the required information
• Support the marketing team by providing up to date information for marketing materials, events, website updates and other activities
• Work closely with Project and Product Management Teams to ensure the quality and availability of the customer facing documents
• Lead the creation of the IT Knowledge Base
• Conduct regular management updates regarding documentation schedule, standards compliance, and documentation progression

Requirements

• Experience with document management procedures, systems, and standards
• 3-5 years of documentation management experience, preferably in a software company
• Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
• Familiar with the technical terminology used in Software development companies
• Good understanding of the SDLC process
• Technical writing skills are a definite advantage
• Knowledge of global standards for quality and control
• Excellent organization and analytical skills
• International and multicultural working experience, excellent English skills, verbal and written
• Strong project management skills
• Professional presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• Aviation industry knowledge and experience is considered an asset
