In your new role as Senior Manager - Business Operations (f / m / d) you will lead a variety of projects focused on organizational improvement that span across many departments and geographies.

Reporting to our CFO, you will improve think-cell’s operations, and internal processes to ensure that they serve business goals well.

This role presents a thrilling opportunity for a proactive, results oriented strategist who excels at optimizing processes, spearheading and implementing multifaceted projects within dynamic, fast-moving organizations

In this position you will :

• Identify business needs and drive the execution of strategic initiatives to address them effectively.
• Enhance the efficiency of organizational processes by conducting in-depth analysis of existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
• Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational excellence.
• Analyze financial information and propose actionable insights that enhance operational efficiency.
• Exercise strategic oversight of daily operational activities, proactively resolving issues to maintain seamless business continuity.
• Facilitate cross-departmental coordination to ensure that company policies and systems effectively support strategic business requirements.
• Identify, select, and implement the required business tools in collaboration with different departments.
• Lead the integration and optimization of different tools and systems and improve the internal usage of these tools to ensure efficiency.

Your profile

• Proven track record of at least 4 years in Business Operations , Process Transformation or a similar role , demonstrating successful project management , process improvement , and stakeholder management skills .
• Experience in a high-performance environment (e.g. management consulting , investment banking , PE, or VC- owned portfolio companies ).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills , with the ability to prioritize tasks .
• Ability to analyze data , interpret financial information , and make data-driven decisions , with a keen eye on details .
• Exceptional communication skills , both written and verbal, facilitating clear and effective interactions with stakeholders at all levels .
• High-level of proactivity as well as getting-stuff-done mentality .
• A keen interest in technology , software , and innovation .
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, German is a plus .
