Acquisition Specialist

DSP Acquisition Specialist is an integral partner in managing recruiting and onboarding activities from application vetting to final interview management, supports entrepreneurs in creating their new company and the onboarding process in our system.
- Prior experience of recruiting coordinator or candidate facing experience
- Experience with MS Word, Excel and Power Point
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in German and English (written and verbal communication)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Further proficiency in one of the following languages : French, Spanish, Dutch or Italian
- Prior logistics experience
- Competency in SALESFORCE
- Customer focus, attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing and ambiguous environment
