Rust Software Engineer

Cryspen is on a mission to build high-assurance software that makes the world a safer place. We're looking for passionate Software Engineers (all levels) to join our collaborative team and help us achieve that goal.

• Shape the Future of Security : You'll develop and maintain software solutions, primarily in Rust , with a focus on performance, safety, and security, including cryptographic primitives and protocols.
• Work with the Best : Collaborate closely with experienced engineers, including software, verification, and cryptography experts, to implement cutting-edge applications, protocols, and tools.
• Make a Difference : You'll play a key role in the entire development process, from design and development to testing and contributing to the overall software architecture.
• Open Source Enthusiast? A plus! Cryspen embraces open source and actively contributes to the community. Prior open-source experience is valued, but not required.

Tasks

• Participate in the high-assurance software development process including design, coding, testing, benchmarking, and documentation.
• Provide support in resolving software defects and issues.
• Contribute to code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting efforts.
• Develop and maintain software solutions using Rust.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Rust, and comfortable reading low-level C and assembly Code.
• Familiarity with software development best practices, including version control, code reviews, and testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
