This position is temporary, limited until 30.06.2026 with the possibility of extension.

How to contribute to our vision

  • Coordinates and makes sure that German specific local requirements for pensions and Defined Contribution Benefit Plan (BSAV) are in place and followed
  • Coordination of company's occupational pension schemes
  • Support the payroll team in Partial retirement case
  • Coordination and collaboration of third party vendors
  • Plans and supervises reward projects, i.e. in case of mergers, acquisitions or integrations.
  • Performs market benchmark reports and other C&B related analysis and provides to management.
  • Initiates necessary adjustments of processes in specialist departments.
  • May develop or propose global, regional or local ensure C&B regulations are in line with respective guidelines and regional or local law.
  • Executes a consistent position evaluation based on respective structure for all relevant positions for (an) assigned organization(s).
  • May reconcile payroll accounts.
  • May have functional leadership role responsibility for projects
  • Collaboration with the German workers council and other stakeholders

What You Need To Make a Difference

A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for

  • University degree in Human Resources or Business Administration would be preferable
  • Experience in German Comp & Ben topics (at least 3 years within a German environment)
  • Familiar with the collaboration with Works Council and tariff landscape would be a big plus
  • Fluency in German and good English skills, both orally and in writing
  • Good command of MS Office Applications with focus on Excel is mandatory
  • Previous experience and knowledge of Workday would be nice to have
  • Great stakeholder management skills
