About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Communication Manager to drive the success and growth of an established international school.
Working closely with the Head of Admissions, you will create a seamless experience for parents and students from initial inquiry through to enrollment.
You will lead marketing initiatives to support student recruitment and retention, managing all aspects of communication and promotion.
As the school's ambassador, you will build and maintain strategic partnerships with local businesses and community contacts, ensuring the school’s values and objectives are effectively communicated.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement an annual Marketing Plan in collaboration with leadership.
Manage the Marketing and Communications Budget, making adjustments as needed.
Oversee school communications, ensuring consistent brand identity.
Lead digital marketing efforts, including website, social media, and campaigns.
Organize events in line with the marketing plan.
Build and manage relationships with local and national media.
Ideal Profile :
Previous experience working within the Education Industry is preferred, however, not required.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an international setting.
Strong digital marketing skills, including social media and content creation.
Excellent communication skills in English and German.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
