Our team is growing rapidly, and we are looking for motivated talents to join us on this exciting journey whether remote or in the vibrant San Francisco Bay Area.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Support our sales team in marketing our digital notary solution to businesses and individuals.
  • Learn the entire sales cycle from the first customer contact to product demos and closing deals.
  • Conduct product presentations independently, identify customer needs, and highlight the benefits of our platform.
  • Maintain and update our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot) to keep our sales pipeline up-to-date.
  • Create sales reports and help continuously improve our sales strategies.
  • Work closely with the sales team and management to develop and implement new sales approaches.

Your Profile :

  • You are a student or graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Communication Studies, or a similar field.
  • Initial experience in sales or customer contact, e.g., through internships or working student positions, is an advantage.
  • You are well-organized, enjoy working independently, and bring new ideas to drive the sales area forward.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for interacting with customers.
  • Interest in digital business models and the legal field.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English.
  • Ideally, you have experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot.
