REGULATORY REPORTING ASSISTANT (M / F)
We are delighted to support this prestigious PE firm in the recruitment of a new Regulatory Reporting assistant for their Luxembourg branch.
This is a challenging and exciting opportunity to join a small but highly professional organisation.
RESPONSABILITY :
- Maintaining an up-to-date overview of the geographic split of assets and turnover for all portfolio companies ("PCs") controlled or joint-controlled by the company.
- Following-up and review of completion of the quarterly report by PCs
- Ad-hoc data collection for specific filings, where triggered by the anti-trust authorities in certain jurisdictions.
- Collecting data on the portfolio companies regarding state subsidies (from outside of European Union countries) in collaboration with external counsel.
- Annual Data collection for HSR purposes.
- Maintaining an up-to-date overview for the respective PC's. Collaboration with external counsels and with Compliance team (namely regarding US states).
- Preparing a specific tax report for Australian Turnover generated by PCs.
- Only once a year in collaboration with the tax team
- Perform Ad Hoc checks with tax advisors to ensure that MDR / DAC6 regulations have been considered in acquisitions / exits by the Funds and where reportable monitor the correct filing.
- Ensure that CRS and FATCA classification is performed upon every acquisition.
- Annual filings for all worldwide SPVs together with external FATCA / CRS advisors.
- Annual disclosure notifications to all reportable investors (account holders and controlling persons) where applicable.
- Ensure the timely report / submission of the beneficial owners for the US SPVs in the new reporting platform together with Compliance team and delegates.
- Ensure the timely report / submission of the beneficial owners for the UK SPVs in the new reporting platform together with Compliance team.
- Centralize the KYC and AML requests for new or updates for the company's funds with all the third parties.
- Ensure the timely report / submission of the beneficial owners for the US SPVs in the new reporting platform together with Compliance team.
- Ensure the timely report / submission of the beneficial owners for the UK SPVs in the new reporting platform together with Compliance team.
THE PROFILE :
- Bachelor degree in Law / Accounting / Finance.
- 2 to 3 years prior work experience as corporate / compliance, ideally in a Big 4 Audit firm or in a major fiduciary with a portfolio of clients Holdings / Private Equity
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of FATCA / CRS is an asset
- Knowledge of Luxembourg compliance and KYC is a must
- Proactive, organized and motivated, willing to learn more and grow
- Focused on quality and meeting deadlines
