Working Student/Internship: Project Management and Communication for Digitalization (f/m/div)
In your new role you will :
- Experience project management : You support digitalization activities in dedicated projects, e.g. requirement collection
- Convince with words : You create presentations and other materials for top management meetings and communication channels
- Expand your horizons : You drive the communication for digitalization, e.g. creating training material, first-level support, maintain the intranet page
- Organizational talent : Y ou organize various events, e.g. internal yearly conferences
- Keep the overview : You update and prepare regular reports to support decision making, e.g. budget decisions
- Study field : You have passed your undergraduate studies (Bachelor) with excellent results and are currently enrolled in your master studies in Business administration, communication studies or a similar field
- Experience : You already gained relevant work experience, preferably in the fields of communication or digitalization
- Way of working : You are self-driven and comfortable with a high degree of freedom while executing tasks. You show a creative mindset thinking out of the box and are always eager to try out new concepts
- Personality : You are enthusiastic, show entrepreneurial spirit and have strong interpersonal skills, as well as strong ability to communicate
- Skills : You possess very good Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint, and you have a good level of visualization skills
- Language skills : You have a great command of English skills, both written and spoken. Good Knowledge of German would be a plus

Important information :
- Working part-time : The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome : You must be enrolled and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months.
You must also not be in a semester of leave.
You should live close to the site : It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team.
You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
