We focus on the commercial & industrial segment with customers such as Decathlon, Etex, CBRE, Fnac, Amcor and Baxter. Currently GreenPulse is active in Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy, France, and Portugal and is expanding towards other European countries.
Position Overview :
GreenPulse is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion into the German market.
This role is perfect for a motivated professional with a passion for renewable energy and a proven track record in business development.
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth in Germany.
Key Responsibilities :
- Market Research : Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape in Germany.
- Lead Generation : Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and acquire new business partners.
- Relationship Building : Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, government agencies, and industry influencers.
- Sales Strategy : Create and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
- Proposal Development : Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
- Negotiation : Lead negotiations and close deals with clients.
- Collaboration : Work closely with Operations to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Education : Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Language Skills : Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Skills :
- Strong understanding of the German market and renewable energy industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
