Our client is a leading IT company specializing in innovative solutions for the manufacturing and smart devices sectors. We are looking for a dynamic and driven Salesperson to expand their presence in Germany.

This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong network in the manufacturing industry and a proven track record in IT consulting sales.

You’ll be joining a focused and dedicated sales team. Collaboration is key in this role, as you’ll work closely with business unit leads, account managers, and business developers to drive success and achieve our business goals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, demonstrating their ability to consistently achieve and exceed targets.

A strong and established network within the manufacturing sector is essential, as this role requires leveraging industry connections to drive business growth.

Additionally, the candidate must align with our company's values, embodying both ethical standards and a hunter mentality that focuses on pursuing new opportunities and clients.

Key Responsibilities :

In this role, you will be responsible for selling software projects, specifically targeting new customers within the manufacturing and smart devices sectors.

You'll manage sales cycles that generally span around one year, ensuring smooth and successful negotiations and closures.

Required Skills :

The ideal candidate will possess strong connections within the manufacturing sector, particularly with companies generating revenues exceeding €50 million.

They should have an established network that includes firms involved in the manufacturing of smart devices, such as those specializing in industrial automation, commercial appliances, climate solutions, or industrial machines.

Proven sales expertise is crucial, with a demonstrated ability to sell effectively to this target market and a hunter mentality focused on acquiring new clients.

Additionally, experience in IT consulting sales is required, ideally gained within an IT company in Germany that serves manufacturing clients.

The position is ideally based as a home office in Leipzig or Düsseldorf. The compensation package includes a fixed salary, a performance-based bonus, and a car allowance.
