Working Student Business Operations (m / f / x)

Key Responsibilities :

Support our Solution Delivery, Testing Services, and Business Intelligence teams in their day-to-day operations.

Summarize test results, conduct data analysis, and create reports and presentations using Salesforce, Qlik, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Google Sheets.

Create comprehensive charts and prepare PowerPoint and Google Slides presentations to support Business Review meetings for our EMEA customer accounts.

Manage data entry and maintain spreadsheets for various projects.

Assist with the organization and shipment of test equipment from our Berlin office.

Contribute to data-driven decision-making by performing data analysis, creating reports, and maintaining spreadsheets. Experience with Monday.com is a plus.

What you’ll need to succeed :

You are self-motivated with a hands-on mentality, possess strong analytical skills, and are willing to assist the team wherever needed.

You are currently enrolled at a university and have at least 1.5 years left until graduation.

You possess a high proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel, especially vlookup and IF-statements (Qlik and Salesforce experience is a plus).

You have fluent written and spoken English (C1+) and good command of Spanish

German would be a plus.

You are willing to support us for at least 15 hours per week (up to 20 hrs possible demand). The hourly pay is 15 EUR.

You are able to work from our Berlin office at least once a week.
