YOUR TEAM
The CARIAD Software Simulation department is responsible for the development of on-premise and cloud-native tools for co-simulation and testing of Hardware- and Software in the loop systems.
Our responsibility is to ensure highly efficient test operations for all solution trains testing on all infrastructure levels (HIL simulators, lab cars, integration vehicles).
We are looking for new colleagues who are experienced in state-of-the-art CI / CD pipelines and are eager to build a powerful team to support the development of the leading automotive tech stack.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop, scale, and control strategies, standards, guidelines, governance of of simulation systems for continuous integration
- Automation and improvement CI / CD / CT tools integration / operations of simulation tools (residual bus, virtual enviroment, virtualizing and test automation)
- Join the ongoing design, implementation, and preservation of systems and tools across the cloud stack
- Collaborate with internal development and QA teams to help ensure end-to-end quality
- Write and maintain documentation and troubleshoot issues
- Work directly with the third-party vendors to fix infrastructural issues
- Apply agile working methods according to CARIAD development methodology
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related fields
- Several years of experience in installing, configuring, operating, and monitoring residual buses (VPF), automation tools (TPT, EXAM and others), virtual environment (CarMaker, VTD, VEFSim and others) and virtualization (Silver, VEOS and others)
- Vast working experience on SVN, GIT, Udeploy, Jira, Jenkins, Github Actions and automation pipelines in general & additional expertise inprogramming in C++ or C#
- Experience in excerpting metrics and results from CI / CD security tools
- Strong knowledge of popular cloud computing platforms,network essentials and system administration exposure
- Good communication skills and sound analytical skills and experience in agile software development systems
