People Operations Analyst (f/m/x)

Our Production Department is responsible for the supply chain behind the online used-car-buying experience for private customers.

We are fast, data-driven, and seek the highest efficiency possibleBut that is not enough for us! Our goal is to redefine the used car market for private customers with the help of a first-class production process.

As a People Operations Analyst, you will be an asset to our international team, you will set up and monitor efficiency metrics, and help create the best possible workplace defined by clear communication and motivating incentives.

You will work closely on different topics with our Production management and support our team at the production centers with your organizational skills in daily business.

Set up and work on efficiency, communication, and satisfaction metrics to quantify all aspects of a happy and efficient team across all production centers in Germany

Build reporting to support decision making linked capacity planning and incentive schemes

Improve & monitor of the performance bonus scheme for our production centers

Be in charge of the workforce capacity planning and align capacities with company targets

Manage the employee feedback process and ensure data-driven follow ups such as training initiatives and compensation adjustments

Previous experience in business development, people analytics or similar roles

Very good knowledge of Excel & Google Workspace, experience with Workday, Looker and Tableau is a plus

Strong affinity for numbers and data, a proactive and solution-focused way of working, and outstanding analytical skills

Assertiveness, personal responsibility, and a can-do mentality as well as a data-driven mindset

Interest and courage to try out new things and help shape topics sustainably

Strong communication skills in English and min. good command of German

750€ starting bonus for all new starters until the end the month
