SALES MANAGER / SALES TEAM LEAD
Location : Munich - 3 days & 2 days remote
Salary : Up to €120,000 plus bonus
Business : Sustainability SaaS
Language : English and German are essential

We are working with a hypergrowth SaaS business in Munich that are looking for a strong Sales Manager to work with the CSO to help scale their sales team and increase revenue.
Why this role might NOT be for you :
- You want to remain hands off and focus more on strategy - this is a start up environment and will have a contribution to the revenue target, so we are looking for someone who can be hands-on at the beginning and support the team
- You do not have SaaS experience - as this is a critical hire, we need someone who has deep SaaS experience to create a smoother transition and execution
- You want to be remote - we need someone happy to be in Munich 3 days per week
What You'll Do :
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a growing sales team
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Engage with key accounts, leading sales presentations and negotiations - growing revenue
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and enhance customer experience
- Monitor KPIs, analyse performance, and report directly to executive management
What We're Looking For :
- 5+ years of SaaS experience
- Ideally 2+ years of leadership experience
- Player coach - happy to jump into deals when required
- Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
- German and English skills are essential
