About the Role
This role is part of our flexible work model and you will be able to enjoy a mix of 50% onsite and 50% remote work environment, if you are located in one of our office locations.
In this role you :
- Focus on retaining and growing an existing installed base of customers for our products for the office of the CFO and CHRO
- Sell the company's products, systems and / or services via telephone or electronic means to existing customers in assigned territory, industry, or accounts.
- Must close the sale on products, systems and / or services.
- May generate prospective customers through cold calling and may qualify and follow up with sales leads. Sales can be made through multichannel, inbound and / or outbound sales activities.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry, as well as the competitive posture of the company, and prepare activity and forecast reports as requested.
- Have thorough knowledge of company products, systems and services.
- May direct customers to websites or other company resources for information.
- May act as sole sales representative for assigned territory, industry, accounts, and / or products.
- May establish and maintain relationships with channel partners.
- Represent the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities.
About You
About You
Basic Qualifications :
- Minimum 1 years experience in closing sales experience
- Fluency in German & English
- Experience in consultative and collaborative selling and closing
- Strong experience in pipeline management and accurate forecasting
- Experience selling to the office of the CHRO or CFO required (e.g.workforce / financial planning, HCM, or sourcing / procurement solutions preferred)
Other Qualifications :
- BS / BA degree or equivalent professional experience is required, MA / MS degree preferred
- Motivated to reach quotas and over perform
