We are looking for a Control of Work Coordinator / Facilities Administrator (m / f / d) Munich in a permanent position in in full time (40hrs / week) for our growing Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) business unit.

WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH US

• Review of all permit to work applications
• Participate in creating and enhancing our safety culture.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors.
• Deal with enquiries regarding control of work and space
• Deliver training to suppliers and contractors.
• Monitor compliance.
• Prepare reports.
• Participate in audits.
• Assist in any other site requests or EHS work.
• Be responsive to customer requests in an empathic, supportive, and productive manner

WHAT STRENGTHS YOU USE

• Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English
• Computer literate
• The ability to work well both as part of a team and on your own
• Health and Safety qualification such as : FaSi / SiFa / SiGeKo / Nebosh
• Risk assessment / Method statement understanding
• Technical knowledge of facilities management and building systems is preferred
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and construction techniques
• Technical drawing skills preferred
• First aid qualification
• Management of Risk qualification
