Lead D365 CE Consultant
Location : Germany / Remote.
Salary : €85,000 - €110,000 + Bonus + Benefits.

Our client, a family owned Gold Microsoft Partner specialising in digital transformations for clients across Germany are looking for a Lead Consultant to join their CE team.
Role Overview :
As the Dynamics 365 CE Lead, you will head a team responsible for designing, implementing, and enhancing customer engagement solutions using Dynamics 365 CE.
In close partnership with stakeholders, you’ll translate business requirements into effective strategies and ensure projects are delivered successfully.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and support a remote team of Dynamics 365 CE professionals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize customer engagement using Dynamics 365 CE.
- Ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Promote a high-performance, collaborative team culture.
- Provide ongoing mentorship and professional development for team members.
- Oversee project progress, managing risks and ensuring timely delivery.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, offering strategic insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Demonstrated leadership experience in Dynamics 365 CE implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of multiple CE modules.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate remote teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Professional level German (B2+ level).
