NESINEXT is seeking for Automotive Sales Manager to join our team.
NESINEXT , a subsidiary wholly owned by JOYNEXT, is headquartered in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, China. Founded in 2021.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage the sales market for automotive software in Germany, formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and performance indicators.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with German automotive manufacturers, dealers, and related partners, responsible for communication, negotiation, and signing of sales contracts.
- Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence, understand the latest dynamics and trends in the German automotive software market, provide market feedback and recommendations.
- Coordinate internal team resources, collaborate with the technical team to ensure product technical support and solutions meet customer needs.
- Supervise the sales process and order execution process, ensure timely delivery and meet customer expectations.
- Write sales reports, sales plans, and performance analysis, regularly report work progress and sales situation to senior management.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree or above in relevant majors such as sales management, marketing, etc.(degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering, etc - is an advantage)
- Have extensive experience in automotive software sales, with 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably with experience on the German market.
- Familiar with the German automotive industry market, understand automotive software products and solutions, and have keen insight into market trends and competitors.
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills, able to build trust and reach cooperation consensus with customers.
- Possess good teamwork spirit and organizational coordination ability, able to effectively coordinate internal resources and drive the achievement of sales goals.
