Integration IT- Project Manager (m/f/d)
Your role
As an Integration Project Manager in our product-oriented company, you play a central role in the successful implementation and management of our projects.
Your responsibilities encompass the following main aspects :
- You conduct project needs research, planning, execution, training, and promotion of project acceptance
- You analyse business processes, create prototypes and draft requirement documents
- You oversee development and test teams, manage project cycles, coordinate personnel, and ensure the quality and advancement of project success
- You create and maintain training and implementation documentation
- You supervise the handling of issues and change requests, providing real-time progress feedback
- You assess customer needs, control risks and promote project implementation plans
- You lead the maintenance and resolution of technical issues in customer systems
- You represent the company, maintain positive interactions, and manage customer relationships
- You conduct product demonstrations, communicate business requirements and provide solutions to foster business closure
- You report directly to and work closely with the Product Owner on strategic decisions
- You provide guidelines and prepare regular strategic status reports for internal stakeholders
Your profile
- You have strong oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders and customers
- You have a college or university degree in Computer Science, Logistics, or other related fields
- You have more than 3 years of experience in the logistics or customs industry and must have experience in the logistics software industry
- You are proficient in common office software and are certified as an Information System Project Manager (Senior) or PMP
- You are dedicated to your work, have a strong work ethic, and are willing to go the extra mile when necessary
- You have the ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with team members to achieve common goals
- You are willing to travel within the EU and Asia as needed
