What You'll Do

As a Manager in BCG Vantage within BCG's Technology and Digital Advantage (TDA) Practice Area, you will collaborate and partner in a global team, providing expertise and insights on transformations covered by BCG's Data and Digital Platform (DDP) offering. These transformations span digital, data, tech, and AI enterprise-wide initiatives at BCG clients across regions and industries, as well as the build-up and maintenance of BCG assets.

You will partner closely with case and proposal teams to deliver high-quality analysis and expert guidance. Acting as a thought partner and subject matter expert, you will support case teams and topic leaders in structuring and solving complex challenges. In this role, you will advise digital, data, tech, and AI leaders on defining and executing robust strategies, enabling the transformation into world-class data and AI-driven organizations. Your work will span data and digital platform strategy and architecture, enterprise AI and agentic platform enablement, cloud and infrastructure modernization, and technology vendor and sourcing strategy.

Additionally, as a Manager in BCG Vantage with a focus on product management, you will drive the development of digital assets and tools (primarily AI-enabled) to support the topic business. You will contribute actively to commercialization efforts, working closely with business leaders to advance asset development, shape proposals, and drive go-to-market activities.

As a Manager in BCG Vantage, you may also line manage a team of junior colleagues, taking responsibility for their goal setting, ongoing feedback and career development support.

AI-enabled solutions for data and technology maturity assessments, AI-driven vendor analysis and comparison, industry instantiations of technology capabilities to enable autonomous AI agents, etc.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

• Solving complex client problems through relevant analytical approaches, driving towards pragmatic solutions tailored to the business context
• Owning and driving the development of digital and AI products and tools across BCG’s Data and Digital Platform advisory topic area, including diagnostic, benchmarking, and optimization tools that enhance the speed and quality of client delivery
• Defining and managing roadmaps for topic-specific products and tools together with topic leadership, ensuring assets remain differentiated, current, and commercially relevant across geographies and industries
• Bridging business and technology by translating requirements into scalable digital and AI-enabled solutions, and collaborating effectively with engineering and development teams in an agile environment
• Owning internal and external marketing and commercialization of products and tools
• Communicating with senior stakeholders, demonstrating the ability to engage your audience effectively
• Managing a portfolio of projects and products, with strong awareness of business priorities and commercial impact
• Training, coaching, and mentoring junior team members
• Working in an ever changing and complex environment, and comfortable with ambiguity and navigating a fast-paced environment

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years consulting experience in Data and Digital Platform related topics and/or AI and Digital product development and management required; candidates with consulting experience preferred
• In lieu of consulting experience, 4+ years minimum industry experience required; 6-10+ years of industry experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
• Expertise in relevant DDP-related topics, such as data and digital platform strategy and architecture, enterprise AI/GenAI and agentic platform enablement, cloud and infrastructure modernization, and technology vendor and sourcing strategy
• Experience working with AI/GenAI applications in a product or business context
• Solid understanding of modern data and technology architectures, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical concepts and collaborate effectively with engineering and data teams
• Familiarity with agile product development methodologies and tools
• Fluency in English; other languages requested in certain locations
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholder while working in a global collaborative team environment
