Tasks

As our new Software Engineer, you will :

  • Contribute to our AI Automation Platform for Nurses.
  • Develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Python.
  • Work with cloud technologies such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and seasoned ML teams to turn ideas into solutions.
  • Implement thorough testing to ensure top-notch results.
  • Balance fast-paced development with quality outcomes.

In this role, you'll have the freedom to innovate while making a real impact on our company and the healthcare sector.

Requirements

We're looking for a motivated and highly intelligent Software Engineer ready to make an impact. You're the right fit if :

Experience and Education :

  • You have 2+ years of working experience as a software engineer and a strong drive to learn and grow.
  • You possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field.

    • Technical Skills :

  • Proficiency in Python with solid skills and eagerness to apply them.
  • Strong interest in backend development and a willingness to focus primarily on this area.
  • Basic understanding or interest in machine learning and a willingness to develop your skills in this area.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure is a plus.

    • Personal Attributes :

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to communicate technical ideas clearly.
  • Organized self-starter who can stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning.
  • Interest or passion for artificial intelligence and machine learning.

    • Optional :

  • Contributions to open-source projects or personal projects that have had a meaningful impact or added value are a plus.
  • German language skills are a plus.
  • Knowledge about nursing homes / the industry is a plus.
