Summary Main Tasks :
- Management of the human resources department
- Operational and strategic HR work such as headcount planning, support, development, terminations
- Contract design
- Advising General Management and Supervisors on labor law, social law and disciplinary issues, as well as supervising development appraisal and target meetings
- Cooperation with the works council and collective bargaining parties
- Development and implementation of company agreements, personnel systems, guidelines and other regulations
- Management of administrative processes in the area of human resources (payroll accounting, personnel cost planning, controlling, budget preparation)
- Representation of the company in labor court proceedings
- Build commitment amongst leadership towards the performance management program and develops / executes performance solutions in alignment with organizational values
- Identify opportunities for ways of working, policies, procedures, and programs to develop long term strategies regarding employee engagement and retention
- Ensure the Company is following corporate and legal requirements for the assigned business groups
