Marketing Specialist
Im Auftrag unseres Kunden eines globalen Immobilienunternehmens (Retail), das sich auf die Investition, Entwicklung und Verwaltung nachhaltiger Immobilienassets in über 30 Ländern weltweit spezialisiert hat suchen wir einen Marketing Specialist.
Marketing Specialist (m / w / d) Immobilien, Berlin-Mitte
Hauptaufgaben :
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung des Marketingplans für die Immobilie, um deren Image, Attraktivität, Kundenbindung und -rückhalt zu verbessern.
- Aufbau von Beziehungen zu institutionellen Partnern für potenzielle Veranstaltungen und Ausstellungen.
- Planung und Durchführung von Events, Koordination mit externen Dienstleistern und Agenturen sowie klare Briefings, um sicherzustellen, dass das gewünschte Markenimage vermittelt wird.
- Überwachung und Bewertung des Erfolgs von Veranstaltungen und Kampagnen, mit Fokus auf die Resonanz des Publikums, operative Effizienz, Medienberichterstattung und Mieterfeedback.
- Überwachung des Marketingbudgets, Nutzung von Synergien zur Kostenoptimierung und Maximierung der Marketingwirkung.
- Verhandlung von Sponsoring-Deals zur Verbesserung der Rentabilität und Durchführbarkeit der in der Strategie festgelegten Marketinginitiativen.
Qualifikationen :
- Abschluss in Marketing oder Kommunikation (bevorzugt)
- 2 bis 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Marketing, idealerweise im Einzelhandel oder im Einkaufszentrum-Sektor
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, sowohl in Wort als auch in Schrift (verpflichtend)
- Kreativer Denker mit offener Denkweise
- Hervorragende Verhandlungsfähigkeiten und Erfahrung im Umgang mit externen Anbietern
- Starke Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Erfahrung in strategischer Planung
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, Digital Marketing und Social Media Plattformen
