- TheRobert Bosch GmbH is looking forward to your application!*Job Description*The project team you will work in is an international team with the goal of implementing a global CAFM solution in all Bosch locations worldwide.
- During your assignment, you will work closely with the Agile Team Coach to provide guidance and support to the agile team in adopting and implementing agile methodologies and facilitating agile events.
- You will work with team members to identify and address challenges and roadblocks in the agile process.* Furthermore, you will assist with the maintenance of essential product related documentation.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and communication of deliverables and dependencies also belongs to your area of responsibility.
- Finally, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on agile processes and practices, and actively participating in retrospectives to identify areas for improvement.
- Qualifications *Education : *studies in the field of IT, Digitalization, Software Development, Project Management, Business and Management or comparable* *Experience and Knowledge : *in software / IT platforms,project management, Real Estate is a plus* *Personality and Working Practice : *an open, self-motivated, agile and independent person* *Enthusiasm *for IT, digitalization and people* *Languages : *very good in English &German*Additional Information Start : *according to prior agreement*Duration : *12 months - 10-15 h / week(extension possible by arrangement)Requirement for this working student position is the enrollment at university.
