We are looking for an HR Business Partner Top Management (m / f / d) to join KWS SAAT SE & Co.KGaA.

You choose : work from our Berlin-based KWS site or at our HQ in Einbeck.

This is a full-time position. Starting date is as soon as possible.

New Tasks & Exciting Projects :

  • You will be the first point of contact for our global top management in all HR matters and will also be the interface to the respective HR strategists
  • In doing so, you will proactively advise the Board and Executives on solving challenges of all kinds and take up overarching questions for clarification in order to answer them quickly
  • You will support the executives in all decision-making processes, including by providing appropriate information, reports and analyses
  • You support the implementation of Group-wide HR guidelines, core processes and standards in your own area of responsibility and promote the continuous development of the general HR strategy by contributing your own ideas and measures
  • You will strengthen the leadership competence in the support area through constant exchange with top management, especially with regard to topics such as talent & performance management and organizational development.
  • In addition, you will support the development of compensation and benefit plans as well as other benefits for top management and executives.
  • You will support in the personnel cost planning and forecasting process
  • You will take the lead in HR projects to actively support the continuous change of the company.
  • You are part of the global HR business partner leadership team and the extended global HR leadership team

Your Profile :

  • You have an academic degree in psychology, business administration, labor law or a comparable field of study.
  • In addition, you have many years of convincing experience in the HR area of a global company, ideally in the manufacturing industry, and can also draw on practical knowledge of project management
  • As an experienced HR strategist, you will be able to build strong relationships with your stakeholders thanks to your high level of integrity and your good negotiation, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Furthermore, you have the ability to analyze HR metrics to develop goals and drive critical needs with sound and economically efficient thinking
  • You have extensive experience in managing talent and personal development systems
  • Your strong communication skills provide the right amount of diplomacy on the one hand and assertiveness on the other hand
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, and ideally another language are part of your profile
  • You have user skills in all relevant IT systems, such as Microsoft, SAP, etc.
  • Willingness to travel is required in order to be able to optimally support top management
