Mason Harding is excited to be supporting a rapidly expanding provider of single cell analytical tools to recruit their first German sales professional to directly expand the DACH region!
In this newly created position, you will play a pivotal role in driving instrument sales growth within the DACH territory, exclusively targeting BioPharma, Biotech and CRO / CDMOs operating within the biological and cell & gene therapy field a lucrative sector for sure.
Working closely with the Field Application Scientists, ISR’s and Marketing, you will leverage your domain biological / bioprocess related expertise and consultative sales experience to establish relationships with new and existing clients with single cell applications across cell line development, antibody discovery, bioprocessing and cell & gene therapies.

Qualifications and Experience :
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, disciplined, and results-oriented sales professional with a passion for exceeding expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology / Biochemistry or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of technical or scientific capital equipment sales experience targeting Biopharma, Bioprocess, CRO / CDMO space.
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets, growing key accounts, and networking at all levels of the customer organization.
- Strong technical background in Single Cell Proteomics, Cell Line Development (a plus) or related fields, able to demonstrate knowledge of current trends and advancements.
- German and English at a proficient level.
