Your mission : As Executive Assistant (all genders) you hold a central position at Rivada Space Networks. With your talent for organization, your eye for details and your excellent ability to set priorities, you are responsible for all administrational duties for our Management.

Aufgaben

This includes :

• Efficient organization and coordination of day-to-day business
• Preparation and follow-up of business meetings and business trips
• Interface between management and internal / external partners
• Supporting communication in German and English with national and international business partners
• Processing and preparation of documents, presentations and reports
• Preparation of briefings and analyses
• Project coordination and management
• Taking on special tasks and working independently on projects to relieve the management team
• Creating travel expense reports and checking credit card statements
• Manage document configuration and filing
• Setting up and maintaining a contact data base

This is a role that was created recently which means that there is a lot of space for you and us to develop this role.

Qualifikation

What you bring on the table

• University or training degree with a commercial background
• Ideally experience as Executive Assistant
• Exceptionally good knowledge of MS-Office
• High level of trustworthiness and discretion
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• High resilience and self-motivation
• Excellent communication skills and a confident manner
• Analytical way of thinking and quick comprehension skills
• High degree of discretion and trustworthiness
• Profound understanding of business processes and organizational structures
• Independent and proactive can-do attitude with a high degree of self-organization
• German and English business fluent
• Willigness to travel

Rivada Space Networks GmbH is launching and operating a constellation of low-earth-orbit satellites to redefine secure, global connectivity for governments and enterprises.

With offices in Germany and the United States, Rivada has developed a state-of-the art orbital network consisting of 600 satellites interconnected via laserlinks.

We can connect any two points on the globe without touching the ground, for unparalleled security, latency, throughput, reach and mobility.

By putting infrastructure in space and thus creating a network that is truly global, we will be able to provide a new and revolutionary solution for today’s biggest data networking challenges.

Two highly innovative and reputable companies will construct and launch our satellites. Rivada is working with Terran Orbital to manufacture and SpaceX to launch our satellites.

Deployment starts in 2025 with full-service launch in 2026.

The satellites will be connected via satellite laser links to communicate directly in space. A constellation like this has never been set up before.

Our customers will benefit from ultra-low latencies, high speeds, unparalleled security and true global coverage. The satellites will be launched between 2024 and 2028.
