Our job opportunity
Today, we are currently recruiting an Airside Works Technician.
Your responsibilities
- Your daily tasks
- Organising, planning and monitoring worksites and service providers, and if necessary accompanying them during works on the airport site
- Carrying out marking out, surveillance and logistical support for worksites
- Checking that work is being carried out properly, and monitoring and reporting to management
- Organising and planning the activities of the airside works employees working on the site
- Providing support to general services employees and planning work in line with airport operations
- Carrying out technical inspections, analysing them, defining and implementing appropriate measures and reporting to management.
- Organising, planning and participating in winter service and maintenance of green spaces
- Participating in the management (inventory, 1st level maintenance, cleaning) of stocks, materials, machines / vehicles and equipment related to airside activities, and reporting on them
- Ensuring the general upkeep of the infrastructure
- Your other missions
- Acting as the guarantor of compliance with deadlines, procedures and safety rules
- Participating in the integration of new employees
- Participating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior
The required profile
Studies / training
Higher education diploma (BAC+2) in civil engineering or equivalent experience
Experience
At least 5 years' experience in civil engineering, with experience of team management
Skills and knowledge required
IT Tools
Mandatory :
Microsoft Office suite
Languages
Mandatory :
- French : fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)
- English : operational level in the business (B1 minimum)
- Know-how and interpersonal skills specific to the job
- Ability to take responsibility and make decisions, calm, unifying and safety-oriented temperament, personnel management;
- Knowledge of topography and / or airport management would be considered an asset.
- Other
- Valid permanent B driving licence
- Having a C driving license might be an asset

Please note that this position is organized on a shift basis. It may also require on-call duty.
