Your tasks

As a Principal (m / f / d) Car SalesArchitecture, you will lead, lead and be responsible for strategically relevant topics and products from a technical point of view.

In doing so, you will have an overview of the strategicorientationof yourdepartment, keep an eye on market-related trends,drivetopics based on them across the board and empower youremployeesin this regard.

In your role, you will act as a source of inspiration in the field ofarchitectureand actively promote the exchange of knowledge within the team, but also across thedepartmentand withinMercedes-Benz Group AG.

You will analyze our currentITlandscape and thebusinessprocessesof the car salesdomainand develop a strategic roadmap for futureITsolutions andarchitectures.

Ensuring the associatedintegrationof our products intoEnterpriseArchitectureManagement and its specifications is also part of your area ofresponsibility.

You will improve the application of strategicmeasuresin our products and ensure transparency about their impact.

You will work closely with stakeholders at different levels andorganizational unitsto align anddriveour vision forward.

To modernize our system landscape, you willdesignandimplementprojects in close cooperation withbusinessandITand proactively communicate potentials and improvements andmeasurethe success of strategic initiatives based ondata.

Your Profile

You have many years of relevant experience in the field of softwaredevelopmentin theenterpriseenvironment, as well as inenterprisearchitecture, solutionarchitectureand / or a similar technicalleadershiprole.

You can share with us your previous practical successes with regard toenterprisearchitecturetransformationsand modernizations in a technologically heterogeneous environment.

You are an absoluteexpertin traditional and modernenterprisearchitecturepractices as well as in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

Your excellentcommunicationand presentation skills across all levels, especially at the interface betweenbusinessandIT, set you apart.

You have a pronounced sociability in the context ofbusiness partnering, so that it is easy for you to build up a personalnetworkin the direction ofMercedes-Benz Group AGand you can act in a team-oriented manner and at eye level within this ecosystem.

You are also characterized by a high degree of flexibility, assertiveness, resilience and commitment.

Fluent in German and English is a prerequisite.
