Executive Assistant (Part-time)
Where your expertise is needed
- Proactively manage calendars, schedule and prioritize meetings, resolve schedule conflicts for our managing directors
- Manage all travel logistics and expense reporting for our managing directors
- Provide daily operational & administrative support to the leadership team
- Plan internal and external workshops and events contributing with your own ideas
- Drive improvement of existing processes and create operational efficiency
- Support the contract management process
- Handle ad-hoc requests and drive projects as required
What we are looking for :
- 2+ years of professional experience in executive assistant or administrative roles, ideally in a startup environment
- Hands-on attitude with pragmatic and practical problem solving
- Organizational talent, excellent communication skills and high social competence
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in German and English
- Availability of 20-30 hours per week
