Your tasks
- Resolving faults and service requests via ticket system, telephone or e-mail
- Qualification, analysis and prompt rectification of incoming IT faults
- Installation, configuration and commissioning of client systems in the medical environment
- On-schedule installation or removal and relocation of client systems
- Creation of documentation and maintenance of the knowledge database
- Routine administrative tasks, e.g. assigning authorizations, software rollouts and upgrades
- Support for IT software and IT hardware products
- Support in project work
Your profile
- Successfully completed training
- Professional experience in 1st and 2nd level support for hardware and software faults desirable
- Confident handling of Microsoft operating systems (from Windows 7) and Microsoft Office (from 2010)
- Good knowledge of current end devices in the client-server area, such as desktop PCs, thin clients, notebooks and mobile devices
- Experience with ticket systems desirable, especially OTRS or KIX
- Ideally experience with remote maintenance systems
- High IT affinity and technical understanding
- Excellent written and spoken German, knowledge of English an advantage
- A high degree of initiative, commitment, flexibility and ability to work in a team
- Above-average communication skills and strong service orientation
