Your Tasks :

Unlocking E.ON s business strategy through building a strong external brand

Developing consumer insights to build strong brand equity based on consumer research

Working with multiple agencies, cross-functional teams and partners to deliver on E.ONs salience and brand love objectives

Leading and coaching a team that is pioneering and scaling the communication strategy across EU regions

Building strong relationships with the local teams on the ground to deliver above and beyond the plan

Helping the regional teams to implement their marketing campaigns and activation plans by supporting with delivering key assets and best practice sharing

Ensuring program efficiency through the OKR model and defining the right metrics for success measurement together with insight- and research team

Supporting internal business units with their marketing strategies, ensuring a high level of stakeholder engagement across central functions and markets

• Preparing and monitoring monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department
• Ensure in close alignment with the brand team that our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts
• Collaborate with senior team members across all departments to uncover insights to create innovative marketing- and campaign approaches
• Close cooperation with Head of Media for Agency steering and Media approach within the organisation

Your Profile :

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
• Proven track record of successfully brand building projects in global and local market, including advanced media skills
• Several years of experience in leading and developing a team
• Experience with the OKR model and metrics for success measurement
• Experience in the energy sector is a plus
• Highly organized, structured, and motivated team player with the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, fluent in English and German
