Requirements
- Business fluent internal and external communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and a high degree of flexibility with regard to working hours and tasks
- Understanding of key business figures
- Experience in dealing with preparatory accounting (travel expenses, checking invoices, preliminary account assignment, etc.)
- Hands-on mentality and methodological competence
- Independent, structured and responsible way of working
- Service-orientated and confident appearance with good manners, loyalty and trustworthiness
- Completed studies in business or communication science
- Sound knowledge of German and a good command of English (written and spoken)
- Confident handling of common MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Supporting the management in all administrative, operational and strategic tasks
- Planning and coordination of appointments and (virtual) meetings including agenda and, if necessary, taking minutes
- Preparation and follow-up of meetings and follow-up of resolutions
- Operational tasks such as correspondence, project controlling, travel management and travel expense accounting
- Creation and preparation of reports and presentations in German and English
- Regular research and preparation of analyses / reports / presentations
- Obtaining offers and preparing decision papers (e.g. rental agreements, consultancy agreements, service contracts, etc. ...)
- Internal and external correspondence for the management (by telephone and in writing) and management of service providers
- Participation in strategic projects
