We are actively seeking a dedicated and ambitious professional to join our expanding team as an Inside Sales Executive with fluency in German.

This role is ideal for an individual motivated by achieving sales targets and providing top-tier service to prospective clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers and drive sales growth by presenting solutions tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans for the assigned territory.
  • Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, networking, and relationship building.
  • Manage and track the sales pipeline using Salesforce or a similar CRM, ensuring all interactions and activities are properly recorded.
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our solutions.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues quickly.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training, and industry events to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Utilize a value-based selling approach with clients and channel partners.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Fluent in both written and spoken German (C1 level) and professional proficiency in English.
  • At least 5 years of proven sales experience.
  • Experience developing sales strategies and plans for specific territories.
  • Ability to manage multiple sales cycles from initiation to closure, focused on achieving results.
  • Strong phone presence with experience in proactive calling.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, listening, and writing skills.
  • Expertise in value-based selling to clients and channel partners.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an Account Manager.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Tech Sales, particularly in IT / Hardware.
